2Who the service is for

BidCrier Studio is intended for business customers — sole traders, partnerships and companies buying for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession. At checkout you confirm you are purchasing on that basis. If you nevertheless buy as a consumer, the consumer protections in section 6 apply to you.

3The service and what you receive

The Founding Tender Analysis is a one-time service, priced at £99.00 total — no VAT is added. For one public-sector tender that you supply, you receive, through your secure order workspace: an opportunity summary and scoring breakdown; a deadline register; a compliance matrix of mandatory requirements; an evidence-gap report; an honest bid/no-bid recommendation; and a submission plan. Every report is evidence-checked and prepared from the information you provide.

4When work begins and delivery

Work begins when both of these have happened: (a) your payment has been confirmed, and (b) we have received analysable tender documents from you. Your completed report is delivered through your secure order workspace, and a transactional email notifies you the moment it is ready. Target delivery is within two working days of receiving analysable documents — the clock starts when the documents arrive, not at payment. If the documents you send cannot support a useful analysis, we tell you promptly and you receive a full refund.

5What the service is not

The service is not legal, procurement, financial or safety advice; it is not a guarantee of winning any contract; and it is not a submission service — you review, approve and submit your own tender. You are responsible for verifying the analysis against the tender documents before relying on it.

6Cancellation

Before you send documents: you may cancel for a full refund at any time before we receive your tender documents — email daniel@bidcrier.co.uk.

If you are buying as a consumer: you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. At checkout you are asked to expressly request that we begin providing the service within that 14-day period; if you do, and the service is fully performed (your analysis is delivered) during that period, you lose the right to cancel once performance is complete. If you cancel after requesting early performance but before delivery, you may be charged proportionately for work already done, and the balance refunded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment card via Stripe. You receive a full refund if: we cannot produce a useful analysis from the documents you send; or you cancel before sending documents; or we fail to deliver. After the completed analysis has been delivered, the service has been performed and further refunds are at our discretion. To request a refund, email daniel@bidcrier.co.uk with your order details.

8Payment

Payment is taken by card at order time through Stripe's hosted checkout — your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. The price shown at checkout (£99.00) is the total price. Your card statement will show BIDCRIER STUDIO.

9Your documents and data

Tender documents and completed reports are confidential, used only to produce your analysis, never used to train AI models, retained for 90 days after delivery and then deleted — or deleted sooner on request. Workspace links expire after 14 days and can be reissued or revoked at any time. See the privacy notice.

10Complaints

Email daniel@bidcrier.co.uk. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer you retain any protections and forum rights given by the law of your home country within the UK.
